As you may know, Shelby & Michael’s desire to start a family has been a dream of theirs for a long time. But due to Shelby’s stage 4 chronic kidney disease, Michael’s cancer history, and multiple rounds of IVF, doctors notified them that carrying a child isn’t possible.

After much consideration and consultation with medical professionals, they have decided to pursue surrogacy as their path to parenthood. Surrogacy is a beautiful and life-changing process, but it comes with significant challenges and financial burdens.
